Bio-Pure, designed and fitted to your requirements

Apart from a small compressor usually situated under the lid, and a simple airlift system, this plant has no moving parts. Moving parts mean extra wear and tear, higher servicing costs and the need for eventual replacement.

Purifying sewage at this level should be a very simple process; all you need is a tank and an air supply. The manufacturers of this plant have taken the extended aeration design and built a superb quality tank around it. You supply the food (sewage) and the bacteria which break the sewage down find their own way into the plant. The plant does the rest and high-quality effluent comes out ready to be discharged into a stream, ditch or soak away.

Our Bio-Pure E range are independently tested and certified to EN12566-3 and clean the final effluent to a standard of 10mg/l of Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) 20mg/l suspended solids and 10mg/l Ammonia on a 95 percentile basis, which is far higher than the normal standard required by the Environmental Agency.

The plant is British Water Certified and caters for between 1 and 55 people. Our Flow Path range caters for larger systems of between 60 and 300 people.
